Mercy of the wolves
so... you know those wolf animals?
not only are they beautiful, they're actually really cool
i watched a "special" on them in biology.
they beat down the weakest ugliest male of the pack. they make him eat last, they bite him, they pretty much him. and he deals with it. he's rather be stepped on and spit at than be alone. at least when he's with the pack he gets something to eat and the protection of numbers. when he's alone he's really all alone...
on the other hand they pamper the female like she's gold. i can't remember if there is only one or more but they treat her as if she was the last slice of happiness on this planet (now see if all guys acted like animals in this respect, us s wouldn't care as much. it's the not bathing that kinda gets to us... sorry).
it was so cool to learn about their intricate social system and how much it is like our society today. sooo basically we're all at the mercy of a wolf. i like it.
Curse of the Biased recomenders
you know what i just realized? well it all happened because i was reading someones comments. there was this one that said "hey check out my friends band 'the blah's' they're amazing!!" i found myself saying... haha right they're amazing. no you're just biased because they're your friends and you've probably actually seen them live and hung out back stage with them, so of course you think they're amazing. and you know what? thats the truth. i know a band.. that shall remain namless. but they're kinda like my cities fame, you know the type. anyway i go see every single show and i love them. but if someone else heard them, say on purevolume. they'd say to themselvs "what the crap am i listening to?" and so my friends... thats how it is. do us all a favor and don't recomend your friends bands unless they actually sound amazing.

haha have i got a story for you. well as you well know i was way way way excited for the audition/mae concert. we called to get tickets the day before, they were sold out. so we went the night of to see if we could get in and the main guy said they were totally sold out and had been for a week. we sat in my friends car in the back of the building for the next few minutes seeing if we could get a band member to get us in. we talked to james from lovedrug and ryan and danny from the audition, but none could get us in. then we saw the boy whose father owned the place. he went and got us tickets!!! it was so amazing! i saw the auditin up close. we talked with danny after the show. i bought lovedrug pins!!! aww good times.
concerts concerts concerts!
wow, so last night was officially amazing. i went to the autumn rhodes concert with my buddies. they played with a bunch of local bands like wave the gun, paris green, and within without. i didn't think that i would like wave the gun but they were really good. autumn rhodes have 2 new songs, even though they don't have any words, they were still awesome. even though i am still trying to figure out where kyle was. i can't wait for next weekend. pistolita is coming!!!!!!!!! with briertone in all their farmcore glory!
hmmm, a punch maybe?
have you ever had one of those days where you feel like freaking beating the crap out of everyone. like one of your friends will come up to you and say something like, "hey i like that new band you showed my last night." and the only thing you can think to say is "yeah, well who doesn't?!" as you punch them in the face so hard you can feel their skull collapse under the blow of your fist. yes, this is the kind of day i am having. lucky for all you people who are cool enough to be considered my friends, i have enough restraint to not kill you every time you talk to me. lets hope i can make it throught the rest of the day without hurting someone.
