Today I went to The Great American Music Hall's website to check how much tickets were for a Brendan Benson concert next month. Directly on the front page I saw "HELP SAVE ALL AGES MUSIC VENUES IN SF!" which confused me a bit seeing how Slim's, Great American Music Hall, Bottom of The Hill, Fillmore, Cafe du Nord, etc. are all still in buisness. Tonight I got a chain mail email and usually I think "shit." but not this time. But once I saw what was said, and the video along with it, I was shocked. If you haven't heard already, two boys attacked their innocent, harmless cat Dusty brutally with punches, chokes, and soaking the cat. Over and over this lasted over a minute. Yo wus up people? 'Nuff talkin' gangsta, anyways, for the FIRST TIME meatloaf and mine-ze's garage band met! Aside from a few twiddly bits on my dad's acoustic (it's an olllllld guitar) we sound niiIIIIiiice. I'm doing this little blog of mine in our break. Howdy strangers! I've started the new year wonderfully, I've decided to save my "leap second" for when I can put it into good use, but most importantly, this break has treated me very well. Hello whoever decided to read, I've just signed up for purevolume. Well, duh, ya. Anyways, I'm from Northern CA, where it's always sunny. Except when it's not. I've got plenty to look forward here though, high school next year, and I've got lots going for me in the music department. I'm a pretty musical guy, I play a total of seven instruments.
