Hey, I'm Zachary, or just Zach. I am a Christian teen who's about to turn the big 2 O! I love and accept God with my whole heart. I give good advice...or so I'm told. I play almost every sport imaginable- soccer, baseball, basketball, beach volleyball, lacrosse, swimming, hurdles (Track), football, water polo, golf, horse riding, cricket, rugby, tennis, and if there isn't a sport I've played....LET ME TRY IT!! ;) I'm classified by people as a prep but really I'm just me. I'm a die hard Fightin' Texas Aggie of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of 2011!! AAA!!!!! I went to Marshall High and was an ROTC Officer. I am now enrolled at NWC San Antonio for at least a semester... but I am looking to transfer to a Service Academy or to Texas A&M, College Station in the Spring of '09. I look good in uniform....or at least everyone else thinks so, and I'm told that I'm one of the sweetest guys that you'll ever meet. So introduce yourself and maybe we can strike up a friendship. Tell me, Tell me what to do...
What Do I Do now...? So...I'm up at 0545 this morning...and I actually haven't been to sleep since I got off work at 0200. I found this new song on Limewire from Heidi Newfield. It's an awesomely descriptive Country song about love and a bond that is forged between two people that just can't be broken. The song..."Johnny and June," is just exactly how I feel. There are soo many suspicions and questions asked when you try to forge a relationship over distance...there always will be, because trust is everything. If you trust in the relationship, then you trust in each other. Without trust...any relationship will fail eventually. I don't want that in this case. I've finally found this sweet, Southern Belle who I am really, really falling for and I don't know how fast I'm going anymore. It's like I'm outta control, because that's the way she makes me feel. I get butterflies everytime I get a message or txt or anything from her. I can't stop thinking about her. She is on every breath, every second, every cloud in the sky on my Cloud Nine, I just feel amazing. So here's my question...What do I do now...? Only you can tell me, only you know the outcome. Senior Prom!!
Prom...that wonderous night. The night in which the Senior Class of '07 was able to party down one last time as a whole before graduation. Prom....WAS AWESOME!! Except for the fact that our Senior class paid $4,000 for a mediocre dj, everything was great. I mean....the night was endless and all was good in life. Everyone got what they wanted....a last night as the Senior Class of '07 @ John Marshall High! We rocked the house and 'raised the roof' to a fury of dance, techno, rap, R&B, country, and pop songs followed by the crowning moment of the prom king and queen. Then at three in the morning it going to IHOP with a bunch of friends and recapping the evening while you're planning on sleeping cuz of church in the morning followed by who know's what for the rest of the day. Prom....is just Prom!
Going to University!
Hey mates! How ya bloody doin'? Ya know it's great to know what you'll be doin' the res' o' you're life while you're still in HS for the last bloody month of the year'. lol. So, I'm goin' to University! It's no't exactly where I want to go, but o' course I'm trans'ferin' later in the year' so it's just fine. lol. ;) I'm gonna be goin' to UTSA here in San Antonio, Tx. But af'er tha' I get t' go t' a US Service Academy if I finally make it, or I'll just settle for Texas A&M in College Station. If I go' t' A&M I'm gonna be in the Corps of Cadets! So, if you're an Aggie...hit me up and hopefully we'll both meet up at Texas A&M. Go Aggies! A' Whoop! ;)
Love in Life
Love is the most complicated thing on this planet. God intends for all of us to find it. For some, it's right there right away, for others...it takes a while. In the end, God's plan always works out. I'm having to find that out the hard way...through heart break. It sucks, it does...but at the same time it is a learning experience as well. Those treacherous twists and turns that life takes only lead us on to bigger and better things though, at least in my case it does. I have learned that high school relationships 9 times out of 10 are just that...HS relationships. It's stupid to think of it any other way. I mean, we are all so young and yet we think we know everything. We don't. We only know what we have experienced thus far and that...in truth, isn't much. We're still just kids. No matter how mature you are or how mature you think you are, we're still just kids and we're still learning how to grow up. That's life...
Set up
Just set up my blog, but don't get me wrong....I don't lead an uneventful life. It's just the opposite. It can get crazy and hectic at times....more like all the time. But you probably know how that goes yourself. B/c life is, well.......LIFE!! So take it head on and don't look back unless you want to fall.
