I’m placed at this road/ The wheel is in my hands/ I have no control/ There is no guidance/ This just had to be the day/ The day of major change/ The day of lingering wonders the day of worries and anguish/ There is no celebration/ I don’t know why it’s marked as “happy”/ All smile./ But I have tears in my eyes caused by confusion/ I’m so unable to live up to expectations/ I don’t want this wheel/ Chambering, distressing, tying down/ My palms/ My fingertips/ My consciousness/ I am so immured in/ Here time launches and flies away/ With me strapped on/ Left with this mental challenge/ To direct my own/ Living/ Being/ Airway passage/ I am the passenger/ And time is the pilot/ Flying 1st class/ Isn’t as good as it seems/ Getting fed platters of questions/ Desserts of follow ups/ And digesting intoxicating wine of/ Frustration 10:14 has struck./ Age has set in its place/ I am behind/ Dangling/ Drooping/ Forced to press the pedal/ Only left with the two-digit number:/ 15.
