It's funny how the little things can effect so much. It just takes the slightests thing to snowball and change our perception, feelings, or just overall well being. I guess when things seem to be snowballing down, you just have to change your pespective. You can tend to your physical needs first. Eat, Shower, and then Sleep is a good place to start. Then you can change your way of thinking and how you feel. Eventually things will get better I promise this to you. Once you change your pespective, the picture we paint will change. If it's just an illusion, or the picture takes a different form, it's better then being at the bottom of everything.
