What Happens When Tastes Change!?!?!

Back when I was in High School (God, Like 7 years ago XD) I used to listen to nothing but Hardcore Heavy Metal/Screamo.
Now my taste in music has changed so drastically that it scares me. While searching through Purevolume I catch myself liking music like Saosin and Dropout Year. Mainly cause the Idiots who put the music descriptions put are wrong ones. If it's not screamo than DON'T call it Screamo!!! When I actually Love bands like As I Lay Dying, Killswitch Engage, Underoath (well at least the old Underoath).
It scares me cause my friends and I want to start a band when we go to college, and what if my tastes have changed so much that I don't agree with their own tastes. I mean, I love these guys, they are my best friends, I don't want to disappoint them.
