Is it just me?

Is it just me or is every other band out there starting to sound the same? maybe im not being specific. but why is almost every alternative band with a new album coming out, or already out sound different? they don't sound like there old self. I mean change is good but everyone is just to pop-ish and sound exactly like every pop/punk band around. for example: Boys Like Girls; go to there page and listen to Heart Heart Heartbreak and then get back to me. The Cab; there EP is A M A Z I N G but it's too pop/dance and not enough soul like there old stuff. Cobra Starship; they've been dance kids all along, and i absolutely love Hot Mess but i think they over did a few songs. PANIC! At The Disco; I don't think anyone expected them to be the same after the split, but New Perspective is not my favorite, I don't even like Pretty.Odd that much. All Time Low; Nothing Personal is amazing, and i think they changed in a good way. they do sound way different than they did in Put Up or Shut Up, but they still are awesome.
please tell me is you feel the same way, i need to make sure im not going insane.
