General: Death For My Dream (a poem by me)

Danger is the game I play
Treacherous ice threatens to break each day
Play your cards with me just right
You may live to see another night
Through it all,
If you survive
If you don't fall
If you don't burst in agony
You know, you've got the advantage over all
Losers lose and never win
Take your guess
Don't fall in
Sacrifice your turn
To someone else
This cruel game...
Survivors are less and less
Take this token of advice
Don't mistake trickery for being nice
I'll lure you to your death
Mockery, self-pity, and hatred for yourself
I curse you to pain
I don't know why you cry
You've got nothing to gain
So slowly burn
Die in vain
There is nothing to benefit
From your being slain
You know you deserve it
This pit of despair
Why else would you come here
You're much safer there
Suffering alone must bring you much glee
There's nothing to love
To breathe
To see
You're missing her touch
Where is she now?
She was meant to be there
To witness you drown
Cry out now
Just maintain that fear
But I've got no desire
No reason to keep you here
Go now, into the night
I've lent you my mercy
I'll give you my light
The bit I have left
In this heart so cold
After many years of this practice so old
Don't cry now
Please don't scream
I'm so so sorry
I was only a dream

My life is MUSIC. My obsession!!! I write poetry and I'm in the middle of writing a book. I want to be a veteranarian because I adore animals with passion. I can give anyone writing advice. I am scene/emo but I'm not depressed because my life ROCKS!!! So... I like getting messages. And I'm mellow not hyper. I hang out with the guys except for my best friend Dovie who is just like me... haha. I sing and play clarinet and guitar.
