Language Barrier????

Hello all this is my first post and I hope it goes well. Language and music have always gone hand and hand but now in the "Information Age" we can get music from all over the world in their language. Many people criticize many J/K-Rock/Pop fans over why do they listen to their music when they cant understand the lyrics of said song. My belief and many others out there say you don't have to know what they are saying because it is the music that counts. Specific artist out there try to sing in English but many fans start complaining that their singing in "engrish" which is basically broken english. Music is more important than the lyrics unless the lyrics convey a message to the masses. And I have just lost what I was trying to say damn.
