Halloween 09

okay, so i was absoloutly hitting the roof by the time this thing came around, and i mean that really badly. i couldnt sit still all day, i went in the bath, i tidyed my room, i sorted out my bag, i did everything i possibly could just to keep moving and to get sorted for the night time.
so anyway i was all sorted and went to keiths grans where i was meeting him, to take my stuff over to his to sleep there. it was good the dog was a bit jumpy though, and hyper. lol all the trick or treaters were scaring him.
so me and keith headed over to his where, we had about half an hour, to an hour to get ready, keith was sorted with five minutes, me not so much, took me and hour, but i still was ready with about half an hour to spare before we went over to beths. so we went over early.
me, keith and danny headed over, after going to the shop, and beth was all ready too, her nanna left when we got there. we were there for about half an hour or so, we had an hour to kill before the bus, and beths cousin james came over and traumistised beth. he was dressed like a woman, it was so scary, he will never make a good women i'll tell you that much.
so we had about an hour or so to kill, so we just chatted and took a couple of photos, and talked to the parrot and watched kerrang! ahaha we had a good laugh, we headed for the bus.
the bus journey was wierd, some lass was talking to us, and we had no clue who the hell she was, strange people, but never mind.
we got the metro down with henry and gary. that was funny, although gary and brummy were doing my head in.
when we got there, the place wasnt even open, jordan and alex and johnny and his gf were outside though, so we stood with them, and waited for the doors to open, opened about 9ish, and we got in straight away. got the tickets and went in, and started on the drink, and the photos, and the dancing.
hehehe i had a great time, with keith all night, henry was doing my head in though, and every buggar elses. not that anyone told him that though, hes gonna have to watch it though, cos hes way too touchy feely with people, and jordan and keith arent happy that hes like that with me and alex. they're gonna end up punching him.
anyways had a right laugh with keith, dancing with him was the most fun ever, i didnt ever want it to stop, and i didnt want to let go of him. lol though when bad boys came on and me and keith were dancing like his Dan(ielle) and emily ahaha it was great.
the club was dead though, there was hardly anyone there, and those that were were mainly the year below us, it was a bit shit, other than that though it was amazing.
we left about half eleven though, cos we thought it might liven up a bit, but it didnt.
Taxi driver was a good laugh though, and was talking to danny and keith about cars and that.
we got back to keiths and his mam was still up, so we sat with her ad chatted to her a bit, and then Dan came in from work, and we made some food, and sat in the kitchen eating it and chatting some more. and then me and keith went to bed, and danny went home at about half two hehehehehe eeeee i loved it.
all in all i would say it was an awesome night i had a cracking time, and love keith more and more everyday

Papa Roach - 13th Oct 09

right, so there was some sceptisism to weather or not i would be going to papa roach, i wasnt a happy person to say the least when i thought that i wouldnt be able to go at all.
but right, so i was sitting waiting for my friends to come to mine, i was dying to go to the gig, but i was in alot of pain, my mam drugged me up on anadin, and all sorts so that i was okay, cos i was the one who organised it all, and keith had bought me my ticket.
anyways, so i went and met them at the metro, there was me, keith, danny, and dannys cousin and his friend, we saw shauna and henry at the metro too, and went up with them. georgia got on the metro at heworth and came up with us too. when we got there the queue was freaking huggeeee, and we had to meet sarah, luckily she knew that those who are on o2 could get in at half 6 before doors open, and take three friends with them. thank god for four of us being on o2 meant that all of us could get in first and get a good place to stand :)
was good crack man. we stood at the barrier cos i wasnt going to be able to be in the main crowd, so we stood there for the first band.
heavens basement, they were alright, but they thought that they were better than they were like, they were showing off, and that playing guitars behind there backs and that, i didnt think much of them like.
anyways we moved down to the back of the main crowd for madina lake, who were awesome, i loved there set, it was just mint. it was great, :) i was singing along, and being laughed at be danny for getting to excited, but keith kept tight a hold of me through the whole thing, and was singing along too, cos he likes them.
i found a line in one of madina lakes songs that was so unbelievably true for me and keith, 'my life without you in it, is a life thats not worth living' :D hell yeah, am a soft arse.
anyways soo yeah, when papa roach came on the whole crowd went a bit mental. :D they were immense, i managed to last half of their set in the crowd but then the flashing lights and lack of food got to me, and i had to back to where we originally were standing. :D but seriously papa roach were just amazing, its one of the best gigs that i have been too ever. :D i loved it sooooo soooo much, eventhough i was in pain, it still was the greatest gig ever.
it made it even better that i was with keith, and that he had bought my ticket and that. he's the greatest.
i saw like everyone at that gig though, i saw sam, davies, dave, josh hall, ginge, kelvin, shauna, henry, georgia, joanne, dan K, ryan and loads of people. it was such a good gig.
me and danny had to go get food afterwards like cos we really really needed food. :D
heheh all in all was amazing :D loved it all.

was in so much pain the next morning though, so i had to stay off school again, havent been in all week now. never mind. :D

All Time Low - 25th Sept 09

Right, so i went to see All Time Low today with henry and andrew and bede.
we went up on the metro, and we got their and the queue was huge, we had a few of andrews mates with them, and we saw some of their other friends and managed to get into the queue with them, which meant that we were nearer the front
me and henry spent most of the time with bede, and when we got inside we managed to lose andrew and his friends. we went and bought our tshirts before the gig started and i saw my mate connor from primary school, talked to him for a little bit and then went and got a drink and then headed down to the front to see the band. we ended up standing next to connor and his mates who were canny. as the Friday night boys kicked off who were realy really good, we decided to try and get to the front to get a better view of the gig, i ended up having to have henry holding onto my hood, and having to hold onto bede the whole time so we didnt lose each other. it all got a it too much for me though and i had a panic attack, and i ended up having to go out to the back, with bede. we went and got a drink once The Audition had been on who were excellent to say the least, and then we headed over to the other side of the room, where i saw Callum, and Emily
we got drenched though, by these people who were throwing water at each other.
Then All Time Low came on, and they were amazing, they opened with Lost in stereo, and it was immense. the whole atmosphere the whole gig was just outta this world. i really enjoyed the whole thing and so did bede. henry stayed at the front with some lasses that he knew out of one of the years below us.
but yeah it was amazing, we were on the edge of a few mosh pits, and managed to push a fair wack of people into them and i had a few people stand on my ankles. and one of them made the cuts on my ankle worse and it was pooring with blood, which worried bede. but i was fine.
they encored with Dear Maria, Count Me In and some other songs which was great.
when we got out we had to find henry and then we ended up getting some drinks and sweets, and chips for bede. we got the metro back together and henry came down to me, cos he left his car outside of mine, all in all it was a good night like.

CAMP VINCENT :)

Day 1

Okay, so I got up at like half seven so that I could go in the bath, and get ready. i managed to get down to school for like 12 and the bus wasn’t coming til like 1. so I sat in the yard, with my bag and my case, with my sisters friends. Lol that was funny, although my alice decided to nick my sweets that were for me and Jordan on the bus on the way down.

So yeah then emma and Jordan came and we went and waited for the bus over at the chaplaincy.

It didn’t take to long for the bus to turn up and there was only like four other kids on the bus at the time. So we went and got ticked off by veronica, and put are cases on the bus and then we headed down to camp. Lol it didn’t take to long, and we had to pick up the rest of the schools that were coming down with us. And we went to macdonalds and got some food J nomnomnom.

When we got to camp, we got told our rooms, and it was a nightmare trying to get the cases up there we were right up the top of this huge massive hill. It was really bad. But the dorms weren’t so bad, I was sharing with emma, and we had our own ensuite :D. Jordan was sharing with someone called David who was the only person from his school who had come to camp.

So yeah we then had to head back down the hill to the old gym, and there was the Manchurians there already, so I managed to see hedge and give him a hug. J

Me, emma and Jordan didn’t want to join in the game of rounders so we just sat and were chatting, and then one of the leaders came over, turned out that his name was Daniel and that I recognized him from the past few years that me and Jordan had been. He was dead Canny, and was German, but dead cool, and I could understand him easily. J he told us that he was our leader for our group as well which was mint J but Jordan was in a different group to me n emma.

Downer.

So yeah then we went into the old gym for the main introductions and sorting us out into our groups, which was alright, found out that we were group I and that I remembered some of the people who were in it from last year, so that was all good.

Group I:

Leaders: Daniel, Niall, Rebecca and Colette.

Kids: Josh, Joe, Me, Emma, Sierah, Helen, Emma, Becki, Amanda and Rachel.

We had our dinner with our group which was hilarious cos Daniel was constantly trying to get me to talk to other people in the group, so he was sitting getting everyone to see three things about themselves to kick start the conversation. He had me talking to joe and josh which was good. Although they spent more time taking the mick out of him and telling him  to hurry up with eating his food. J

Lol the first ice breaker that our group did was the pool, which I didn’t join in with (due to fear of deep water etc) but I wasn’t the only one, Josh, Joe, Helen, Jordan and Emma didn’t either J but me and Jordan got dragged into helping out with the activities by having to throw buckets of water over them. Lol I think I got more soaked doing that then I did actually joining in and going swimming. Joe was laughing cos I managed to spill some of it over myself at one point. J lmao

Haha we had to go upstairs to do some more activities afterwards where we had to use balloons to find out each other names, work that we did, and place that we had come from. It was funny cos they went round so many times, and we still didn’t have a clue. We had to do one big activitie with our third of the alphabet groups where we had to find someone who matched the things that we had on a piece of paper, like who favourite colour is orange etc that was good, although I went all quiet and had to get niall and Daniel to help me out with it.

The other ice breaker we had was more of a huge group one, we had to play a few games, like the camp Vincent legends : funky seaweed, giants, wizards and elves and the evoloution game. They were hilarious and I really liked playing them. J

We then had our evening reflection which Corin did for us, it was really good, and I really enjoyed it. the year 12’s had to stay after the reflection to get told about the common room privlideges that we had that week, which was brilliant, cos it’s the first place that everyone headed after they told us.

I had to go see jenny about an injury that I had managed to obtain during the day, and see if the cream stuff that niall had was suitable for me use. Which is was. J but I did go an hang in the common room for ages with niall and emma and Jordan.

Day 2

We had to get up and be ready really early cos there was going to be a fire alarm, and thanks to niall we knew about it, so we managed to get up get ready and that, and then when it went off all we did was go outside and then go down to breakfast.

Jordan was in our dorm block, so he came down to breakfast with us. And we sat together and then when Daniel came round for a headcount he told us off again, for sitting together in the corner lol

Corin came and sat with us though as well.

Anyways we had a reflection after breakfast to do with the primary colours. That was good, the leaders made a pyramid which was funny, cos they were all scared that they were going to fall. But they didn’t. we then got split into our groups and sent to our separate areas to do the team acitivities that we needed to do. The first one that we did was like a giant came of piggy in the middle. That was good.

The next activity was scary for me though, but a good laugh. I got volunteered by niall to be the person who would sit on the floor and be lifted up by the four of the other members of our group, using only two of their fingers under either of my knees and then either of my arms. They managed it. twice.

We then had to split into two teams of five and try to do the same thing with the fifth person of our group and see who could lift the person the highest compared to the other group. We won. But we had a it of an unfair advantage since they decided to try and lift Josh. Lmao

Anyways then we had to go back inside and make our own version of snakes and ladders using examples and ideas that came with the emotions that are associated with the primary colours, that was funny, although I was useless at makin up the examples and that, and had to ask Daniel the whole time. We then had to go and play the game against team J who were next door. That was good. We won both games, so were the overall winners, with joe as our official dice roller. Lol

Daniel was chuffed that we won that like.

Lol we then had our dinner and then we got to choose which activities we wanted to do in the afternoon, so I put down that I would do football then the walk. But I ended up helping out with the setting up of it’s a knockout with emma, sierah, Helen, annie, Niall and a few others. It was hilarious, trying to get the balloons filled up we couldn’t do it. so me and sierah gave up and helped with the matt, and the benches, and buckets and all sorts.

It was good, although I was soaked by the time that it came to doing the actual games with everyone else, cos niall had soaked me with the hose and made me look like I had peed myself.  

Lol we had to demonstrate the games too, so I ended up having to demonstrate one of them with niall, so he had to give me a piggy back to the otherside of the matt, and then we had to hop back with a  sponge between my legs, and niall had a water balloon between his. It was hilarious he managed to get back with the water balloon and we had to ring out any water and pop the balloon into a jug that Daniel had, lmao didn’t go in the jug. All over him :D

It was all good fun. The games were mint, although we got told of for cheating on one of them but it was good. J the first game though, I got drenched cos Jordan was next to us and the matt was dripping so he used the puddles on it to drench me, I was soaken. And then we had another game where we had to use cream, and he managed to get the cream all over me, it was hilarious but annoying at the same time. I was covered. My hoody and pants and top were stinking, and a bit wrecked. Lol I looked like a drowned rat by the end of it but it was all good.

So yeah we had like ten minutes to get changed afterwards, and had to like leg it for the dorms, cos there was a huge water fight at the end. I got drenched and Jordan went straight for me with a sponge filled with water, although it had bloody washing up liquid in it too, so I ended up with that in my eyes, that was awful.

We went and got changed and I went in the shower, and we only had like twenty minutes or something to do so before dinner. Lol it was a rush but we managed it and got a photo of me like that too. I took my camera with me cos we were meant to be having the cayleigh after dinner. The leaders all dressed up as cowboys and that for it and everything, and their costumes were canny good like.

But it got cancelled. So we had a pub quiz instead which was a bit shit, me and Joe just spent the whole time giggling or falling asleep and not bothering to join in cos we just couldn’t be bothered. Lol.

We had our reflection after that and it was good.

Went to the common room and I just mainly sat with Jordan eating food, an texting keith. I really missed him that night like. I dunno what It was I just really really did. We played cards with niall, sierah, Helen, and emma though too.

When me and emma headed up to bed, when Daniel kicked us out the common room, after time was up. There was this huge moth/butterfly thing in it. we tried to move it but it just wouldn’t. and then when we went to get one of the leaders it still wouldn’t move. But then when the went away it did move. So I had to go get one of the leaders to try and get it to go outside, cos we couldn’t get it outside. It flew back in the window. So I went down and saw niall and Daniel sitting on the stair lol. I was in my jamas I hadn’t even thought about it I had just went to get them. Lmao so they got a gud giggle out of that. Lmao.

Anyways yeah so angela came and she got the butterfly/moth and threw it outside. J and we managed to get to sleep.

Day 3

After a very rude awaking of angela, we got up and got out for breakfast for like quarter past eight. We had more group activities in the morning. After the morning refelction which was about the beatles, and music, and how colours are used in music. “we all live in a yellow submarine!”

Mike did it and it was quite good. J

Our group activities were quite funny that morning, we had to do this thing where we were in a big circle and we had to try and stay inside it as it got smaller without one person of the group coming out of it. we managed it in the end but they had to tell us how to do it. the other activity was where we had to muddle up all our hands and hold hands with other people who were opposite but so we were all interlocked and then try and get out of it. without breaking any connections, that was quite awkward and confusing as one big group and didn’t really work. We split into to two groups of five with two leaders to each group but it still didn’t work. Lmao we were hopeless at it.

Our last activity saw us still in our two groups but this time we had to use loads of stuff to protect these two eggs that we had. We had evil red, and he was legend.

We managed to cover him pretty well, or at least we thought we had til they decided to drop him from the window of one of the second floor toilets. And he was the only one to break. Lmao it was soo funny though, he was leaking even through all the selotape that we put on the ball to keep it attached to the egg, and Daniel thought it would be funny to squeeze him out. Lmao

I got a photo of it and its horrible.

We then had to play twister against the other group and that was funny, the lads were in such awkward postitions on top of each other that it was just the best. We all took photos of them too, cos they couldn’t move or they would’ve lost.

We had our own activities to do after dinner, so I went and played tennis with josh and joe, it was good. Although I had to try and find a ball in the bee field, so that ones lost. We played rounders too, and I enjoyed that, although I was running round like a maniac trying to catch the ball and everything. I enjoyed it though.

We had to go to the hall and then to choose the songs that we wanted for our karaoke, that was good. We had loads of songs that we wanted to choose, but we ended up choosing, don’t stop me now, and bodyrockers. J

Tunnnnessss.

We had time to get ready, and I just managed too, I managed to get my hair straightened for the first time since I had got there too. So I looked decent. I backcombed most of it too, so that it looked all huge. I also put green and black eye shadow across my face in two streaks to look mental but so that I did actually dress up this year for it. was hilarious wandering around like that, but I wasn’t the only one that was dressed up for it so it was all good.

Daniel looked hilarious, he was all multi coloured.

When we went up to the hall, we got stickers too, so I ended up with hearts all over my face, cos niall and Jordan just kept sticking them on me.

It was alright though, they had them on their faces too.

Ee heigh we had a right laugh at that karaoke. It was mint, our songs had everyone jumping too. We had a right laugh on stage and off.

Me dancing with Jordan was funny, and then when we got the sherbet straw things, and had races to see who could down the whole one first and then decided to do the same but with a drink of coke at the end of it too. That was freaking hilarious. Had like three of them, was so hyper afterwards.

Lol Team Incredible were the best singers ever. We blew everyone else away man. :D

And we were one man down, cos Joe had went home early. He had a summer concert at his school to do, so he and emma (girl from his school) had to go home early. Wasn’t good, they didn’t want to go, but they had too.

Anyways yeah we had one hell of a karaoke was the best so far, out of the three times that I have been to camp. And we got told of the leaders at the end that it was too.

We had a reflection after the karaoke, but everyone was really hyper and that still of the karaoke, and we got these candles and I tried to carry mine still lit all the way back up to the dorms but Jordan blew it out, just cos his went out on its own when we were still inside the hall. It was a nice way to end the night though. we had a party in the common room since it was the last night and that was legend, we played cards and made a pyramid out of ourselves and took loads of photos, and eat loads of sugary food nomnomnom J

Me and emma were knackered when we went up to bed, but we still tried to pack up most of our stuff so that we didn’t have much to do in the morning,

Day 4

We got up early and packed up everything and took our cases down to the common room, so that it was all sorted and ready for when the busses turned up.

We headed down to breakfast and sat with sierah and Helen, and niall. And josh and Jordan. J was a laugh.

We then had a reflection which was good, corin did it, and finished it off like he had started the week. It was nice and then we had to do our part for the mass that we were going to have. Group I had to do the decorating, second year that I’ve had to do that, it was alright though, cos we got to put up all these colourful things, and allsorts. We had to blow all the balloons up and write words and that on them that were to do with the emotions that the colours were associated with J

We made that dull hall very pretty and colourful. And finished before everyone else so Colette and Daniel tookus across to the shop at the abbey and the café. Although we didn’t have enough time to get anything, so we just took some photos and stuff and then headed back down to the hall for the mass.

The mass was great each group had done its own part for it. and we had to sit with our groups. We got covered in confetti at one point. We also had to take up our examples of work, we had these drawings that some of the kids had done at emma’s primary school that she goes too, so we had to take them up and give them as the offetry. She made me and Jordan go up with her, which was alright I guess. All we did was stand there with the pictures. And then give them to the priest.

During the mass, Daniel got cramp in his leg which was funny as owt, cos we had to stand up to sing some song, and he had to lean on me so he didn’t fall over.

We had to go outside at one point too, to make up a rainbow thing. But we ended up only having four people in our rainbow group which didn’t really work out, but nvm it was still funny trying to find all the colours.

The mass ended on a high note like it was funny watching people dance to five years time. J and then everyone joining in to sing it.

Me and Sierah stayed behind after the mass, and got four of the balloons, and decided that we were going to write thank you’s on them for our leaders along with all of our group signing them. We had to grab them and then leg it up to the dinner hall to get our dinner, and then get everyone to sign them, and then to get the email address’s and everything of ov everyone so that we could keep in contact and eat our dinner. Then we found out that the Newcastle bus was leaving first and that we had to be out for like half two, which was only 15 minutes away. It was ridiculous.

I was well annoyed. We got told to go and get our cases and that, we had to leg it around the hall to say bye to the people that we wanted to say bye too, and then leg it up this freaking massive hill to the dorms and back down to get the cases onto the bus. Was flipping annoying. Hated it.

Luckily as we were coming out to get on the bus everyone was coming out to get their cases and we managed to say some proper goodbyes. J

Eee the bus journey home I hated though, it was an absoloute piss take of a journey. We were meant to be back for half four, but we weren’t. there was a chemical spillage so we got stuck in  billingham. And didn’t get back til like half six I swear down I nearly died. The heating was broke on the bus too, so I was boiling, me and Jordan were travel sick too. We decided to have a bit kip on the bus, and thank god it was raining when we got off cos it made us feel so much better.

Keith came to meet me off the bus, and aww am so glad he was there. I had missed him loads. We went to the pictures that night, after going to mine to drop me stuff off. Was a good night. Hes so loverly. J

Okay its been a while,

Okay, so i havent been on here in aggggggggggggges. well lets start off with where i left off, things went alright after the saving aimee gig like, school was over and was just hanging with my friends, and going to loads of pizza nights, and one sixth form party. :) which was a bit of a downfall but i'm glad at what happened after it :) i've been to camp vincent again too :)

i started hanging out with my mates who i havent seen in a while, and i was well pleased, okay, so i got a bit too drunk, and then ended up passing out. but when i woke up my mate, Keith, was there and had been waiting up and looking after me all night, cos he was really concerned cos i'd been shaking and puking, and he had never see me like that before in my life. i had never seen me like that before in my life. so anyway yeha i ended up talking to him when i woke up and taking the mick out of him and that, and sticking my tongue out, which ended up in us kissing, and then us ending up now, to have been going out with each for nearly four month :D:D i love him soo soooooo much, hes just the best thing to have happened to me ever.

so yeah then after that its been more pizza nights, drunken nights, leaving parties, and sixth form parties. now am back at school too, doing the lessons that i really want to do, and feel like my life is back on track and i actually know what i am going to do with it :) am studying art, product design and photography :D so its all good in the hood.

back at brownies too, and back to spending weekends with the mates, and KEITH (L) and then school during the week :D am lovin life, and back to brown, and happy with everything about my life, and it only seems to be getting better. :D :D :D :D (L)
