A band of three boys, in which to of them are brothers, Anthony (vocals) and Jonathan (drums) Hill and Dougie Humphries (bass). They hail from Newport, Wales. Now even though their music is simple, it's pretty catchy. For you girls out there, Anthony has the sweetest little Welsh accent with such a melodic voice that you can't help but sing along to, and for you boys, it's good enough for you to listen and bob your head to and you won't get shot for it. ha ha. Bass lines are really nice they're not crazy enough for you to get lost in it so that's a definite plus. oh and another thing, visually I think this is the best thing ever, Jonathan, the drummer, lefty on drums! sorry gots to rave, I'm a lefty on drums too. they are also on Purevolume. just type in their name and click on 'The Clay'. you can watch their video for "What They Told You" which is nice. it takes you directly to youtube. watch, watch, watch! I mean who doesn't like to see a band play music, play soccer, sit around, and stuff their face with food? ha ha. Their debut single comes out on the 21st so go gets it! ________________ Liam Finn is a little bit more well known. You can hear this fuzzy faced red-head (did I mention he's from New Zealand?) on SIRIUS Radio Left Of Center quite often. his record 'I'll Be Lightning' is so melodic and sweet, it could make you cry. just kidding. Songs like "Gather To The Chapel" are so sweet and smooth you just want to sway and sing along too. granted I know most of his music is super mellow but you should definitly give it a chance. He writes all his music, producs and engineers everything also. so this man's pretty talented. He's like the Trent Reznor (Nine Inch Nails) of mellow-jello alternative music. Finn's first single is "Second Chance" is super catchy even though the fast part comes half-way through the song. The video (go on youtube) shows him in multiple frames and is kind of distorted. it's a neat look. once it gets to the chorus he dances around and it's so cute you just want to dance along with him. __________________Christa Rose

Avenged Sevenfold, MGMT

check out Avenged Sevenfold's new video for "Afterlife". it's up on youtube so you'll be able to find it. the making is also there and it was just uploaded a couple days ago. It's pretty rad and goes so well with the music.______________This somewhat new band called MGMT (Management, you get it?). They're on PureVolume and if you haven't added them yet, you should. you can watch their video for "Time To Pretend". it's super weird and I mean weird so please still listen to the whole thing. They play on SIRIUS Satellite Radio. check out Channel 21 - AltNation, they usually play "Time To Pretend" and then channel 26 - Left of Center and they usually play "Electric Feel"._______________That's all, Christa Rose
