Dumb holiday? Yes indeed it is one of the most dumbest at that. It has nothing to do with practical jokes. How is April first so special that it gets deemed as the practical joke holiday? Not to mention people suck at pranking other people. Honestly it's boring, and just like any other retarded holiday.
