Is forever a lie?
What brought you to this surmise?
Lay back and take in my words
I’ll hold you close and take away your hurt
Look towards this serene
This ever so placid scene
Close your eyes and simply dream
Dream of love and dream of me
Embrace the choirs tune as it sings unto you
Raise yourself high and open wide
The warmth of lies has been banished for eternity
Why do you cry?
What brought you to this demise?
Wipe the tears away and stand stolid
Become like the earth and be solid
Take to the sky and spread your wings
No longer need you to hold onto those memories
Rethink everything that you have been told
Cast it out in a fury and no longer be cold
Embrace the choirs tune as it sings unto you
Raise yourself high and open wide

So now I’m asking one last thing of you
