Good God, I haven't danced so much in all my life. And I think the only time I've sweated as much was playing kickball with forty Bahamian children on Andros.
Spiritual Rez- one of my all time favorite bands- played a killer set at the White Horse on friday night. The raggae-tastic funkalicious four hour set had me exhausted but exillerated at the end of the night. I felt like Eliza Doolittle- I could have danced all night, and still begged for more.
I HIGHLY encourage any raggae fans to check them out. They've got a new album coming out soon, and in the meantime their first cd will keep you jamming.

Add this to my list of things I love... Old dudes that can jam. Reeves Gabrels, for one. The man invented shredding. The show last night was brilliant. And LOUD.
