Many of us are now involved with the youth group's new small groups.
Whether you be in the middle or high school ones, listen up:
With Renee, Jacqueline, and Ashley, we have started chillin' and just talking about stuff in our lives first, before trying to start an acutall Bible study. I think if you don't know where you stand, and where your friends stand (who you are studying with) it will be that much harder once you study the Bible, to
apply it to your life.
One thing all of us mentioned, was our desire to share what we have with our friends. It's great to be able to share Christ with strangers whom you have no real realstionship but how much better with someone you care so much about.
Sometimes we (I) get to thinking that it's pointless.
That's they're not interested.
That they don't want to know.
They will never accept it.
But
Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.- Ephesians 3:20-21
God himself has said that he wished no one to perish! "Repent and LIve!" he says!
So, just encouragment for you and myself, don't put limits on our great God. Don't wonder if he is able because he is. Ask and believe you will recieve. ( That quote in context is interseting, study it, It DOESN'T mean, ask for a Corvette, belive you'll get it, and you will.).
God keeps the planet in orbit, YET, he is interested in our day to day lives. More than intersed. he LONGS to be involved, to be there cornerstone.
