I'm guilty of so very many things, and one of them is carring. I care a lot about people, and their broken hearts. There are so many broken hearts out there. Can you imagine if everyone carred about people how many lives could be touched? It's limitless. I'm a new creature in Christ Jesus, and if anyone actually ever reads this you can write me anything and I'll care. I know that sounds so corny, but sometimes thats all that someone needs is for someone else to care.
Finally!
Finally! It's been over a year since I've seen my step sister Meri. And I've missed her so bad. But, finally she's here to stay for like a week. I'm so happy. It's been great having her here so far. She is the best friend I've ever had. I wish she could stay longer but I know she has her own life to live. I just hope that it won't be another year before I get to see her again.
Why I Love Music
Why do I love music? Well let me tell you. I love it for so many reasons. First of all I love the way music makes me feel. I love Rock Music above all, but pop and some rap can help me feel less trapped somehow. When I listen to it, it makes me want to dance of course. And I love listening to the upbeat pop or rap music because it just makes you feel good and free. But, of course. The reasons I love Rock music out weigh pop and rap completely. Rock music is there for me in my deepest times of need. It's there anytime I'm feeling blue or I need something to completely lift my spirits. Rock Music can also pump me up so much for whatever I need. It's great. I can relate so much to Rock Music too. And it just makes me feel so great when I listen to it. When I listen to Rock Music alone in my room, it feels romantic like poetry. Every bit of a Rock Song is poetry to me. The way the drums beat, and the way the guitar whines and breaks your heart. I love it so much. And the way the singer sounds like he's reaching out to touch your soul. It's wonderful. That's why I love music. I know it's such a long explanation but. It runs even deeper than that. Music is beautiful. Music is the light in my life.
(Note that I wrote this about 2 years ago. I've changed greatly since then. But, I'm leaving this up as a reminder of where I've come from. Thank You Jesus.)
The Dallas Mavericks Rule!
Today the Dallas Mavericks whiped the floor with the Sanantonio Spurs on their home court in game 7! It was absolutely amazing! 119 to 111! 5 min. overtime oh man. We beat them so good! The ref. was being so unfair and calling fouls on our team, and three of our players even got fouled out, but we still beat them, cause the Mavericks are that awesome! We are so going to win this Championship! I am so happy! Woohoo! Go Mavericks!
