So, Marc and Anthony here, just letting you know that things are different. No longer to we charter the waters of Dallas, Tx. We are spread out across the nation. Our parents moved to the wooded hill town of Boerne, (which is really an odd way of spelling 'Bernie'). We go there only for breaks. Right now, Marcellino is rockin out somewhere in the everlush marshes of Florida, learning about literature and putting on concerts. I (Anthony) am in St. Paul, Mn, trying not to freeze and learning philosophy. Not to worry, though. We are still writing! The stuff is exciting. Its got a southern, bluegrassy timbre to it. Who would have guessed that Light the Skies would have ever found its inner country spirit? It is funny how things can change so much so slowly. You barely notice it. But now the darkness of Dallas, its soot, its orangeopaque night sky, that tiny world of high school, the concrete sidewalks and rows of brick houses, the bored children, the wet lawns; the drama, the needy girlfriends, the missing parents; the skateboards, the harsh sound the wheels make on the street, the sleepovers-- childhood, in short, has shrunk back into periphery of memory. It is gone! We are gone. Dallas is a trap from which we have escaped!

But not so fast. Guess what yall?
We're coming back. JUNE 2010 BABY!
