studio recording + tecate

Hey everyone, I thought I'd get on here and post a little update as to how our band has been doing. First off we're all doing awesome and loving where the music is taking us, mentally and physically. We've been playing constant shows for the past 2 months which have all been so rad, to anyone who was at these shows and came up too meet us...you're awesome and thank you so much for your support. I swear, our band meets nothing but the nicest people on earth. Aside from this we have been spending alot of time in our make shift studio at Trevors house writing what will eventually become our first full length with the inspiration of "make sounds that the mind has yet to hear". Anywho, it's been awesome writing this album and we can't wait to record it. As for the release of our cd, we still have not decided on a date but we are tracking a new song late May or early June with Deep Ellum Studios to be posted on our websites by early June (along with some acoustic work) so we can get a preview to you guys of what the full length will sound like. We are also almost done with our merch designs which really came out looking pretty sweet and we're stoked to print by our May.4th show (which by the way is for an awesome cause, environmental concern on our eco-system and global warming, something we all need to be deeply concerned about) so if you would like a shirt or simply to chill with us before/after we play come out to any of the awesome shows we have booked. That's all for now, sorry this is so long but I thought you guys would like to know what lightsoftheaurora has been up too.
