Left Handed Thieves is an ambitious band from Boston, MA that is committed to creating compelling music. Over the last eight years they have honed an original sound on modest tours in clubs across the Northeast. Complete with live vocal harmony, screaming, and guitar solos, their live act features ever-newer material, characterized by intelligent, well-arranged rock.

Due out in early 2007, the band's anticipated EP "The New Blood" was recorded at Sanctum Sound Studios in Boston, whose client list includes Wyclef Jean, Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers), Gary Cherone (Extreme, Van Halen), Damian "Jr. Gong" Marley, Tom Hamilton (Aerosmith). The album will be mastered and released publicly after the holidays.

After working long and hard on recording, the band is anxious to return concentration to booking, promoting, and playing live shows. Left Handed Thieves is truly a band to watch out for on the horizon.
