LEARNING BY BRAILLE-
In the days of the Cold War, a top secret encrypted signal was transmitted from a U.S. satelite into the far reaches of Outer Space. Lost and roaming through various star fields and galaxy platforms, the signal was then intercepted by Soviet Forces a decade later from a socialist splinter group known as LBB. The mysterious group laybored intensive hours to decode and translate the ominous signal. Fragments of analog sound were detected during the early stages of recovery and rythmic patterns took shape in the months that followed. After the collapse of the Iron Curtain, the two living members of LBB hid in a remote location with a sworn pledge to protect the signal. In response to growing rumors about the existence of this "elusive signal" the remaining members were married in Turkey around thanksgiving 1988 to baffle conspiracy theorists...

In an attempt to preserve the melodic files found in the signal they overlaped vocal sequences to disguise this hidden meaning...

In Feb. 2003 an internet junkie stummbled across the LBB server and downloaded the corupted files which he now has shared publicly on the web. Nobody knows for sure what the letters LBB stands for, so the hacker named the initilals LEARNING BY BRAILLE.
