I've been playing just about 3 years now.
Listed here are some songs I've written over the last couple years when I was going through a really rough time. The hope I sing of in each one was a hope that was bitterly clung to with one hand, while grasping disillusionment and depression with the other.
Now I know it's true. Now I've tasted redemption. The Lord is good and no trial lasts forever. I'm hoping to write and record more songs of genuine hope, of that deeper, tranquil faith that comes from passing through a storm and knowing I'll always make it through. Every storm passes. Redemption always comes.
Wow. That sounds poetic and a little corny.
Basically: God is faithful even when we're not. Especially so. I was a mess, but He never let me drown. Well, in a sense He did. There was a side of me that needed to die.
I love Jesus. This is what I sing about.
I hope my songs speak to you. Feel free to email me.

PS-I never said I could sing...

actually you sing a lot like a friend of mine that\'s now a missionary in Canada and I miss her. I like the singing of both of you. Sounds emotionally invested in the words you sing -that\'s good. Nov 18
