Universal Motown Records Record Label
Universal Motown Republic Group, also abbreviated as UMRG, is a record label group of Universal Music Group, which consists of two divisions: Universal Motown and Universal Republic. The group was formed in 1999 by pooling together Universal Records, Motown Records, and Republic Records, all of which are now defunct, but which gave way to the current incarnations of those labels, Universal Motown and Universal Republic. It was also referred to as The Universal Motown/Universal Republic Group. from Wikipedia
