Santa Monica based Takeover Records is a new up-and-coming label in the music industry. Formed in 1997 in Jacksonville, FL, the label has gained valuable years of experience and contacts and has grown steadily. Takeover Records began its catalog with popular punk band Yellowcard\'s early releases, Midget Tossing (1998), Where We Stand(1999,2005), and the \'Still Standing EP\' (2000). Yellowcard has since found great success and Takeover has been able to expand its empire, signing artists such as Stole Your Woman, HeyMike!, Inspection 12, NearMiss, Craig\'s Brother, and the winner of the annual \'Sign My Band\' warped tour contest Strike.Fire.Fall...
