Eenie Meenie Records is an emerging music label promoting indie pop, rock and electronica. Eenie Meenie artists have been featured in high profile publications such as RollingStone, Newsweek, Maxim, NME, Billboard, Nylon, CMJ and Alternative Press, and interviewed by the BBC and NPR. Our artists have regularly charted on CMJ and have received adds and rotation on AAA and commercial radio stations, such as KROQ and Indie 103.1 in Los Angeles, and KNRK in Portland, Oregon.
Eenie Meenie Records develops artists and markets their music by providing ongoing and extensive press and radio campaigns, tour support, festival exposure, street marketing, film and TV licensing, retail marketing and merchandising. Many Eenie Meenie releases contain bonus CD/DVD materials that include music videos or an electronic press kit (EPK) from the artists. And all releases are packaged in distinctive and often colorful casing that continues to add to the value of each project and to Eenie Meenie\'s artistic legacy.
Eenie Meenie sets itself apart from other labels by its consistent musical aesthetic, which is both ahead of the curve and commercially appealing. Due to the relationships the label has developed, Eenie Meenie looks forward to releasing side projects from well-known artists, as well as continuing to develop emerging talent.
Eenie Meenie Records was founded in 1999 by Ms. Reiko Kondo in order to release, promote and sell music from talented emerging artists. The label has released 16 critically acclaimed CDs and LPs to date. Redeye USA distributes the label\'s growing catalogue. Redeye is one of the premier independent music distribution companies in North America and has the ability to make Eenie Meenie titles available at all of the major chain retailers. Eenie Meenie releases are available across Canada through Sonic Unyon. In Japan, Eenie Meenie releases are available through Village Again Distribution.
Eenie Meenie has scheduled three releases for 2006, including Irving, Space Needle, and Goldenboy.

Well, hi there. Have you heard about Irving\'s racy new video for \"I Want To Love You In My Room\"? Directed by the band\'s own Brian Canning, it\'s quite the lovefest and shouldn\'t be missed. Check it out on their myspace or post a comment on YouTube if you\'d like!
In other news, Goldenboy\'s new official site is now up and running! Hooray! Click on the link above and have a ball exploring all the sections. Space Needle also has a nifty sticker up for sale now on our webstore and their myspace.
And if you haven\'t discovered Last.fm yet, where the heck have you been? (Well, okay, ours was inactive for longer than we\'d like to mention... But at least we were on there!) Hi hi. So if you\'re anything like us, you\'re probably counting down the days till Goldenboy\'s new album Underneath the Radio hits stores too. With a release date of 10/3, we won\'t have to wait too long! In the meantime, amid all the Irving madness, we\'d like to remind you of our delightfully retrospective release Space Needle, still on a high from Magnet\'s nice little review and airtime on Indie 103.1\'s Dead Air. If any song has the perfect lazy, late summer sound, it\'s gotta be the excellent track \"Before I Lose My Style\". With other favorites like \"Never Lonely Alone\" and \"Sun Doesn\'t Love Me\", the album\'s a must-have.
New shows are always fun - Seiko and Salome are hitting up The Rickshaw Stop on Sept. 2nd with The Bright Lights for all our lucky Bay Area fans. (Man, you guys have Mario and Oranger!) Speaking of which, Oranger is in the midst of their residency at Hotel Utah, so if you missed them last week, make sure you catch them this Friday, the 18th or next Friday, the 25th.
Tonight Irving heads out to Anaheim (that\'s right, Anaheim) to party with The Rentals one more time! New fall tour dates are in the works for the Irving guys, as well as Goldenboy, so make sure to check back. See you soon!

Hello there! Oranger is continuing their fun-filled residency this Friday the 18th and the next, the 25th, at Hotel Utah in San Francisco. So if you missed them last Friday, then make sure you catch them pretty soon. Also in San Fran, Seiko & Salome will be at The Rickshaw Stop on Sept 2nd, so don\'t ever say we don\'t keep the Bay Area hoppin\'!
In the meantime, Irving just played with The Rentals again last night at the House of Blues in Anaheim! We hope you made it. They are setting up dates for a fall tour soon enough, so keep your eyes and ears peeled.
And finally, Goldenboy\'s new album \"Underneath the Radio\" is due out on Oct 3rd, so don\'t you worry! You\'ll get your Shon & Bryan fix soon enough. We\'ll also have new shows for this dynamic duo in the fall as well. See ya later!
