kori.eryn is an independent singer/songwriter with an acoustic folk pop vibe from the southern coast of New England. She has been charming audiences with her honest vocal performances and 'heart-on-her-sleeve' songwriting since the early 2010. She released her solo album "Reason for rain..." on December 31, 2011 and is looking forward to the upcoming recording of her collaborative EP "Paper Castles" as the duo brushfire.

Kori.eryn is a self-taught guitarist, singer-songwriter from the small coastal tourist town of Westerly, RI. Her songs are those of struggle, of healing, and of finding the rainbow after the rain. Kori.eryn is human, she is broken, she is smiling, and she writes to heal with her heart on her sleeve. With a natural ability to captivate her audiences with the genuine sincerity of her performances, she actively began her performing career and youtube involvement in January of 2010.
After frequenting forests and fields to serenade the trees and grass acappella for years, in the summer she turned 13, she locked herself in her cubby hole of a bedroom with her mother's old yamaha acoustic guitar to find solace from her 6 siblings and ended up finding some of her best friends in her songs.
Everyone has those songs that, while growing up (which is an eternal process), they could just listen to for hours and sing at the top of their lungs and smile or maybe even just sit in silence or give into tears...songs that really touched them and whatever their current situation may be. Kori.eryn writes her songs with this bittersweet appreciation of life in hopes that she may give back to the world of music that connection so many artists and writers have given to her through the years - honesty and a sense of knowing that no one is alone.
