The group originally came together in late 2006, released
their first five song self-titled ep in early 2008, and has
since built up a fiercely loyal following performing these
songs and others live. With the added presence of
keyboards and acoustic instrumentation, Kilmore Place
focuses on creating a sound that forges a very lush
musical impression, relying heavily on dynamics and
harmonies to grab the listener in and keep them there.
They are deeply motivated by the interaction and
connection they have with their fans, many of whom
refuse to miss a show, allowing the band to boast one of
the strongest local draws in town.

In the wake of recording their first single "Lost at a
Wedding", the band is eternally devoted to writing and
recording new songs, and is currently testing these songs
live with upcoming local and cross country touring. The
band takes great pride in the depth of their music, and
refuses to be complacent with their live show.
