KILL THE EXCUSE
Kill The Excuse are, in lamens terms, a heavy-metal lightning storm. A group made up of five rock soldiers whose intricate musicianship speaks for itself. Kill The Excuse are influenced by groups such as Glassjaw, Killswitch Engage, Deftones, The Bled, Hopesfall, Beloved, Poison the Well, Emery, and Underoath. One must also know that the band, aside from brutal breakdowns, neck shredding, pummeling bass, and incredibly intricate drumming, always puts an emphasis on melody with big memorable choruses. From soaring vocal harmonies to low guttural
screams.
....Kill The Excuse always shows and exerts passion, no matter how hard or pretty the moment they're lost in might be. By promising to put on an incredible, energetic, and visually stimulating live show whatever the occasion, the band shrugs to pressure. After being together for 2 years used only to shut out the world and perfect their craft, Kill The Excuse decided that they would unleash themselves on the city of Springfield, Missouri and beyond. By their second show they were already opening for SolidState recording artists Haste The Day and being complimented with sincerity, by bands that they look up to. These five gentlemen love what they do and hope to bring positivity into people's lives by their words and music. Kill The Excuse are brutal, that's not debatable, but they're still pretty enough for you to bring a date.
