The band Killing option, hailing from Slovenia (Lako/Celje) was officialy formed in early 2005, but the band has it's roots way back in 2003 when the local band hc3o called it quits. Although the band wasn't active anymore, their guitarist Marko Jurkoek has been creating new music, that was orientated in a completly new direction and has slowly acumulated quite some material. Damjan Vranovi joined in on bass and Alen Gregorin filled in the second guitar. While they were all spicing the music with new ideas Rok Tran came along and applied the vocals. After some time they've finaly found a drummer (Matej Gorjup), now the band was complete and they started rehersing and playing shows a few months later. The music these guys play is often compared to the american/german metalcore sound, influenced by bands like Unearth, caliban, as i lay dying and undying they bring powerfull fast riffs, nice melodic guitar melodies, that can quickly be changed in dark, dirty breakdowns backed by furious screaming vocals. The young band is now gathering experiences with shows and meeting new bands and people.
