Kelsey Wild is a 19-year-old songwriter and pianist. In the tradition of Cat Power, Nina Nastasia, and Mirah, Wild's songs are powerful, honest, and intimate. She has quietly been playing music at bars and back rooms in Chicago since she was 16. She has self-relased two EPs on iTunes, and is currently in the process of creating another short album, set for release in April 2010.
