I record songs in my bedroom.
Unprofessionally with a closed sign on the door.
People still knock. Guess it adds something to the music.

I'm a 16 year old muso guided by her imagination.
Which is pitched out into my music.
I'm always up to bat for a new risk.

I write lyrics in my journal.
I usually sing them out first with no clue what they're about.
My songs turn out that way too. Sometimes.

I play guitar and piano when no one can hear.
But they usually do, because they dig their ears into the wood grain of my door.
I love performing to them though.

This is what I do.
This is who I am.
