As an emerging singer / songwriter from San Jose, California, Katie Joy debuted at Koinonia Koffeehouse, a local Christian hotspot featuring talented Christian music from all over the country. Katie Joy recently competed at the Gospel Music Association Music in the Rockies as an independent artist and in 2005, took 3rd place in Americas Christian Music Showcase.

Katie has been performing for more than 20 years and comes at each performance with a confident, easy style. She has been gifted with a unique commercial sound to her vocal styling and her smooth, mellow voice envelops each song with grace and strength.
