The triumvirate known as Kalta Eye was born in the spring of 2006 shortly after St. Patrick's Day. Scientists trace its lineage back to the bands Midnight Drives, Anger Management Seminar, Miles Standish, and Cut Through Blue; from this diverse family tree Kalta Eye sprung forth. Kalta Eye puts the "power" back in "power trio," combining the bombast and volume of hard rock, punk and prog with the melodies, dynamics, and ambient soundscapes of rock's outer limits. Quite what this means, the nation's top researchers aren't sure, but Kalta Eye remains committed to rocking your face off and keeping the local music scene alive.
