Kainos was formed by Ben and Hannah Stacy who toured the country in support of their debut album "Alive" released by Southern Signal Records and EMI. However they always felt something was missing... "We did the whole ARTIST thing like the label wanted us to for a while but we knew that's not what we really wanted to do or be" says Ben adding "I think it is evident even on the first record that we weren't there 100%... We have always wanted to make Kainos a Band... So when we found Micah, Christian, and Brandon it all just clicked." The "NEW" band has been steadily working on their first national tour together and writing material for their Sophmore release. "The passion and energy is back and we are excited about the future..." Ben says with a curious grin breaking across his face. The bands first single Selfish Me charted at #23 on R&R and are still receiving national airplay. Look for Kainos near you in 06.
