Joshua Hunt has been writing and recording music since he inherited his grandfather's guitar at the age of twelve. He grew up in Marietta, GA and played in several bands during middle and high school, including one for which he wrote the majority of the music and all the lyrics. In 2007, a year into college, he founded a new music label called Sol HDA which currently top lines three artists and has sold over 1,000 songs on iTunes. After taking a four year break from the music scene while attending college, Joshua's growing urge to release new music and his lifelong plans to move to Los Angeles, California united to give birth to his solo debut single California (Here I Come) which he released on November 23, 2010. The popularity of his first single inspired him to write and release a followup called Cheyenne about a girl from Nashville, his first release after landing in LA. Joshua is currently working on a short album for release later this year.
