Hey, Jon! I love the stuff you make, man. I have been a fan of your writing for about 8 years now. Being a lyricist, it blows my mind the stuff you've come up with recently, especially songs like Somebody's Baby, the most heartbreakingly beautiful song I've ever heard. My favorite song of yours from Switchfoot would have to be Twenty Four. Soooo pretty... Anyway, I appreciate all your dedication to music and keeping not only refreshing and thoughtful, but Godly and pure. You're my hero, man. :) -Nick Riley (purevolume.com/theimpulseinadequate) Jan 17

Jon, I believe that your stuff is brilliant. I have always loved Switchfoot's softer songs, such as "Let Your Love Be Strong" and "Let That Be Enough" and this is just a joy for me to listen to. These are raw confessions and they are really true for many people, including myself. God's truth can really be found in some of these songs, like "Baptize My Mind" and "A Mirror Is So Much Harder to Hold" (which is more figurative that outright God's Word). I know you're probably going to stay with Switchfoot for quite a long time, but keep writing down these confessions, and if it suits you, write songs along with them. May God bless you in your ministries. Jul 10

For one, i love your music. you are extremely talented and your music has helped me through a lot. I'm sure youve probably heard people being stupid and making stupid controversy about "Somebody's Baby" (by the way, i LOOOOVVEE that song) and freaking out about where it says "sure as hell you'd be a drunk". I wanted to say that only the ignorant take that the wrong way and they dont deserve to listen to your music, lol (that was dramatic) I just wanted to comment that stupid people are being stupid and you'll always have the love and support of me, my sister, my parents, and my church. I LOVE your music! Jun 06

To Mr. Jon Foreman, If only you knew how much you have inspired me in the past few years with your music! Your lyrics and melodies bring me closer to my Savior Jesus Christ as I listen to and ponder them. God has blessed you. Thanks for being so cool AND unconcerned of what our culture has to tell us! oh my goodness jon, it is so refreshing to hear you sing to Jesus like this, unashamed of what the public will think or if they\'ll care that there\'s a distinctive line of \"christian\" or \"nonchristian\".... white as snow is beautiful. keep up the good work, you\'re in my prayers can\'t wait to hear the rest!! -Crystal Feb 01
