A sound unto themselves, Jonah draws on influences only to the point of inspiration, not mimicry. U2 grandeur, Radiohead experimentalism, Travis' sensitivity-these are some of the sounds that inspire. Still, even with vocals comparable to the late greats Freddie Mercury AND Jeff Buckley, Jonah sounds only like Jonah.
