Members: Joan Apple
THE NAME: joan apple. my actual last name starts with "ap" and then goes on forever.
THE INFLUENCES: the beatles [as well as all four members on the individual level], daphne loves derby, the hush sound, kt tunstall, jack johnson, dashboard confessional, coldplay, death cab for cutie... to name a few.
THE SOUND: my music is basically exactly what it sounds like, i sing and play guitar, occasionally i'll add tiny bits of percussion or whatever. my guitars are an acoustic-electric seagull s6 and an electric epiphone les paul.
THE INSPIRATION: i've loved music ever since i was little; my father had a huge influence on me. he has always had music playing in the house 24/7, and got me to start playing my own music. as far as lyrics go, i draw inspiration from everywhere, in anything that i see or hear or most importantly, imagine.
