So last night we finished mixing on the song "Diaries." It was a good night, the engineer did a great job and everything went smoothly. But after looking at the other songs left to be finished, this song was probably the simplest one to mix. Ebos, echoes, percussion, dubbed vocals, the whole nine-yards on every other song. At least we're close to being done. So we'll take some solace in that. Well, I'm hungry and it occurs to me that no one has heard from our bassist in a few days. ...maybe I'll check on that. Later.
