Jem's distinctive sound continues to penetrate the worlds of film and TV. Keep an eye for Jem's song "Finally Woken" in the new Pepsi/iTunes "Your Song is In The Bottle" ad campaign. Since the launch of Jem's debut album, her music has reached millions of viewers through creative song placements in a myriad of film/TV spots including "Come On Closer" which was used in the teaser ad for ABC's sudsy sizzler "Desperate Housewives" and in the trailer for the Mike Nichols' film "Closer." In addition, her new single "24" was used to promote "Without a Trace" on TNT.
Finally Woken has gone on to sell nearly 200,000 copies since its release and has received critical acclaim ranging from The New York Times, USA Today, Blender Magazine, URB Magazine, People Magazine and Entertainment Weekly.
