Jacksonswarehouse are five honest lads originating from a council estate in Basildon Essex,UK. Although humble in their conviction that they are just "ordinary people", their integrity and potential dictates that they write far from ordinary songs.

With Cy Chant (drums), Rich Hawkins (Bass), Marc Barnacle (Guitar), Stuart Brown (Guitar & Vocals) & Simon Brown (vocals), Jacksonswarehouse in their relatively short existence have written 80 songs and have performed some prestigous shows including TMF (Thurrock Music Festival); International Jamboree- V Stage; The Hope and Anchor London and they've also supported the Ordinary Boys at Chinnerys in Southend to a rapturous crowd response.

More recently the band have won the XFM unsigned poll on the Claire Sturgess show by a reportedly "outstanding margin" and have played even more prestigous gigs and venues. In collaboration with their new production company SlipperyGroove Productions (http://www.slipperygroove.com) they are also planning to record a new EP and Album set for release sometime this year.

Taking influences from an eclectic mix of bands & artists such as, The Doves, Nirvana, Buddy Holly, Pixies, Brendan Benson, I Am Kloot & The Coral etcâ€¦. Jacksonswarehouse simply make music they believe in and enjoy
