sometimes it doesn't need more than 4 friends coming together that pursue a common aim:
just to scream out the mourning, the rage as well as the fortune in their hearts, to find a valve
and to escape their everyday lives to give everything they've got.
what was first planned as "hanging out and playing music" soon got a certain structure.
3 days left to burn was born. After the a few successful shows and the recordings for their first demo tracks in the end of 2005 mario decided to leave the band.
for the rest of the guys this was a main reason to reinvent theirselves, to chuck out a huge part of their songs and to give their music a big portion of deepness. What started as emopunk became a crazy, extravagating mix of screamo, hardcore and a bunch of other types of music yet without disregarding their own personal note.
in 2006 the band mainly concentrated on writing songs and bringing in their new guitarist jakob.
To represent the advancement and the changing of the band the four dudes decided to change their name to "in this diary".
In spring of 2006 they recorded their first demo cd by themselves and provided it as a download on their website.
the positive feedback on their website prods the guys to always go on writing their stuff and to do what they love the most: entering the stage and attracting the audience with their chaotic, passionate and vivid live performance.
