In 2004, Paulo (drums) with our ex-guitar Mario - both from Lord of Hell started a new project with Alexandro, that, for some personal problems quited the band. This band was called S.O.P.R.O (Seu Orgulho Podre Rega o dio), that in June, 2005, counted with a new guitar player called Bruno. Two months later, Diego Cucato (vocals) and Diego (bass) joined the band. With this formation, S.O.P.R.O. performed 3 shows and recorded a demo CD, that wasn't very well succeeded causing Diego Cucato's demition in one of the last shows of the band with the name S.O.P.R.O. From this day, the band decided to go through another style of music, inviting Portilho to join the band as the new vocalist, assuming an aggressive and superior posture, even with Mario quitting the band. After all these pros and cons, the band changed the name from S.O.P.R.O. to Instant Hate, emphasizing this new posture and performing good shows with Confronto (from Rio de Janeiro), Otra Salida (from Argentina), etc.
