I.M.EVERYTHING

The name of this band describes us well. We have a wide range of interests and influences but what we all have in common is that our lives revolve around music. I.M.EVERYTHING doesn't really want to fit into any specific rock genre. We are trying instead to develop a sound and persona that is true to ourselves. Easier said than done we know, but this is not a pieced together band of strangers. We have been close friends for a long time. That is the backbone that will make the difference. Every member has an essential creative role and without any one element the band would not exist. We are a real band.

As long time musicians we have all been around, performing in various bands and projects with regional and national artists such as Breaking Benjamin, Static- X, Slipknot, Tapping The Vein, Dope, Fishbone, and King's X among others. Now, we come together to focus all our energy on I.M.EVERYTHING.

We actually began to write material a few years ago. But we ended up going in different directions and doing other things. Ian joined Republic/Universal recording artists LIFER. Layne formed BEST DEATH EVER and Zack went to work on the road with King's X and Tapping The Vein. At the same time LIFER and BEST DEATH EVER disbanded Zack came off the road. We began writing together again at the end of 2004.

Things seemed to come together naturally and soon we had songs together. We played our first IME show in Febuary 2005. Now we look forward to growing strong- playing as many shows and meeting as many people as we can. We are I.M.EVERYTHING.
