Ikebana a composed an evolutive musical universe based on post-rock influences such as Sigur Ros, Mogwai, Mono, Last Vote, Rroselicoeur, Godspeed..., A Silver Mount Zion, alternative influences like Sonic Youth, Weezer, Sleater Kinney, Blonde Redhead, Shannon Wright, Cat Power, Interpol, Death Cab for Cutie, Low, Arcade Fire, more rock 'n roll music as Robocop Kraus, Lack, This ain't Vegas, Bloc Party, or punk, emo and hardcore bands like Yaphet Koto, Refused, Yage, Short Supply, Dead for a Minute...
During year 2006, Ikebana decided to record Sparte a 3-tracks E.P. realeased in 2007.
