In Dependence is a modern rock band from the island of Puerto Rico, composed of 3 brothers and a good friend.

The band will release 2 new singles in summer 2010. Both songs were produced by guitarist Juapi and longtime friend Isaac Sakko, and mixed & mastered by Kris Crummett (Alesana; Emarosa; Drop, Dead Gorgeous). In these new songs, the band musically and lyrically explain who they are and what have they become as musicians and as human beings.

"Nobody is no one, you must be set free. Nobody is no one, you're somebody to me" is the powerful yet simple lyrics in the song "Nobody". Talking about people with self-esteem issues, and how people are not nobody, people are somebody!

"Open your eyes!" is screamed in the song "The Way To Live Life", that is about people living their lives and after living it realizing that they lived life in a wrong way. That people should open their eyes and see if they are truly living life in a good way.

The puertorican band who is one of the very few local bands to have played across the ocean, they have played at Cornerstone Festival 2008, The eXtreme Tour 2009, Hard Rock Cafe in Puerto Rico, La Feria de Puerto Rico and many more places.

Also, the band released a music video for their single "Our Love's Chance" and was featured in Puerto Rico's best music video channel along with videos of The Fray, Pink, Wisin y Yandel just to name a few.
