British eccentric rock band, Hipslinky have been developing their 'slightly off the beaten track' music for several years, scoring support slots with Feeder, Cooper Temple Clause, Vex Red, Athlete, and with airplay on XFM, Scuzz TV, The Amp, Chart Show . Think Jeff Buckley vocals crossed with The Who/The Marz Volta/U2, add slide guitar and heaps of weird noises. With a critically acclaimed debut album under their belt, the band are currently recording their second album, with the first single due out in October ‘05.
