In the summer of 2004 Hip Check was formed. With a tiny microphone in a cramped computer room Hip Check wrote the first songs for the album 14 Days of Summer. This first summer fueled a passion for songwriting that would stay with them in anticipation for the next recording session. The following summer the boys put out another album Hoping for Forever. These new songs energized a rapidly spreading fan base, but with college looming for the group, Hip Check seemed to be just a summer hobby and nothing more. That is until the summer of 2006 when Hip Check released Story of My Life. With five brand new songs the popularity of Hip Check grew beyond all hopes. This new found awakening excited the group to become not only successful but the best songwriters they can possibly be.

This summer Hip Check brings the best songs ever written by the band. Florida with Me has been a huge accomplishment for the band. Seven brand new songs have been recorded for the album with also the favorites Goodbye, From Heaven, Shes Got Everything, and Come Back to Me also as track listings.
Members of Hip Check include, Ryan Bloomfield(Lead Vocals), Adam Sparks(Lead Guitar/Piano), Matt Mays(Rhythm Guitar/Supporting Vocals), Bobby Fredere(Bass Guitar), Kenneth Peter(Drums). All songs written and recorded by Hip Check.
