ENGLISH VERSION

A brazilian band of Santos city formed in March of 1994 by Alexandre (vocal), Grell (drums), Leo Gazzano (guitar) and Ricardo (bass). HIERARCHICAL PUNISHMENT have the purpose of doing DEATH METAL fast and threatening, with influences of the GRINDCORE. Its lyrics direct attack the world's trivial and the society problems.
Alexandre and Grell made part of the last formation of EXPLICIT REPULSION and joined themselves to Leo Gazzano, who came from BONES EROSION (a group that hurled a split-EP 7" with HINFAMY through ELEPHANT RECS., of Santos city) and who had already played at EXPLICIT REPULSION too, to form the HIERARCHICAL PUNISHMENT. After they recruted Ricardo ex-BLACK MOUNTAIN), so ending the formation of the band.
In August of 1995 they to studio to record their first demo "THE HUMANITY WALKS THIS WAY". In the beginning of December of the same year, telling about personal problems, Ricardo go out and Mrcio go in to assumes the bass, giving more heavy to the sound of HIERARCHICAL PUNIHSMENT.
In August of 1997 a REHEARSAL-DEMO is recorded with new songs and some back engraves of "THE HUMANITY WALKS THIS WAY". In July of 2001, after a time of one year stopped the group come back to the rehearsals with a new formation, relying on Luiz Carlos (ex-CHEMICAL DISASTER and VULCANO), assuming the vocals.
In October of 2001, they recorded a new CD-DEMO, with 8 tracks showing the recent phase. In 2002, the group take part on the CD "ROCK SOLDIERS VOL. 8", by UGK DISCCOS (of Pelotas/RS city) with 6 tracks, beyond either include one track in the CD "NOISE FOR DEAF V" (by ROTTHENNESS RECS., of So Paulo/SP city); the present tracks in these 2 CDS -compilations are like bonus in the new CD-DEMO.
In a new change of formation, Carlos Diaz (ex-Dhuend and bassist of Vulcano) assuming the bass, and Halysson Rodrigo (ex-Traumma) leaving the Hierarchical Punishment with two guitars.

With this formation Hierarchical Punishment record 16 songs, and launched a MCD "My Life is a Torture" by Violent Recs contains 6 songs.

Unfortunaly the guitar player Halysson diseased in 06/06/06 victim of Leucemy, after your death Dcio Andolini assuming the second guitar of the band.

At the moment, they are looking for a record company that want to invest at their music and launch the full albun.

Banda Santista formada em maro de 1994 por Alexandre (Vocal), Ricardo (Baixo), Grell (Bateria) e Leo (Guitarra). O Hierarchical tem como propsito fazer Death Metal rpido e agressivo , com influncias grindcore. Suas letras atacam direto no cotidiano do mundo e os problemas da sociedade.

Alexandre e Grell fizeram parte da ltima formao do Explicit Repulsion e juntaram-se a Leo, que vinha do Bones Erosion e que j havia tocado no Explicit tambm, para formar o Hierarchical Punishment. Depois, recrutaram Ricardo (ex-Black Mountain), finalizando assim a formao da banda.

Em agosto de 1995 entram em estdio para gravar a primeira demo "The Humanity Walks This Way". No incio de dezembro do mesmo ano, alegando problemas pessoais, Ricardo sai e entra Mrcio para assumir o baixo, dando mais peso ao som do Hierarchical Punishment. Agosto de 1997 gravada a demo ensaio com as novas msicas e algumas regravaes da "The Humanity Walks This Way" .Em julho de 2001, aps um perodo de inatividade, o grupo retorna aos ensaios com uma nova formao, contando com Luiz Carlos (ex-CHEMICAL DISASTER e VULCANO) assumindo os vocais.

Em outubro de 2001, gravado um novo CD-DEMO, entitulado "RES DERELICTA", mostrando a atual fase, alm de acertadas algumas participaes em CDs-coletnea como "Noise For Deaf V", "Blown to Pieces 2", "Extreme Underground 2" e "Rock Soldiers Vol.8".

Numa nova mudana de formao, entra de Carlos Diaz (Vulcano) no baixo, e Halysson Rodrigo (ex-Traumma) deixando o Hierarchical Punishment com duas guitarras. Com essa formao em 2005 gravam 16 msicas para o lanamento de seu primeiro CD, lanando previamente um Promo chamada "My life is a torture" com 6 msicas que sairo tb no prximo CD.

Em 2006 falece o guitarrista Halysson, vtima de Leucemia, doena com a qual lutou por mais de 10 anos.

Em seu lugar entra ento Dcio Andolini, que vem desde agosto de 2006 acompanhando o Hierarchical Punishment.
