Hey Kid formed in the winter of 2004 and consisted of the guitarist Drew, singer, Adam, drummer, Chris, and bass player Michael. The band mainly focused on playing shows and writing new material. Eventually they made their way into some small studios where they tested out there sound and were able to put out a few demos. In the fall of 2004, Chris decided to part ways with Hey Kid leaving the other three members with out a drummer. Well after about a month of searching for a new drummer, Hey Kid found Steven and since then Drew, Adam, Michael, and Steven have been the four that have made up Hey Kid. After a period of shows and writing, it finally became time to head into the studio. Hey Kid went to Larry at Minds Eye Studios to record there debut EP “Charmer vs. Killer†which was released in June of ’05. Now Hey Kid is looking to promote the cd and tour.
