DGuevaras was born a year ago in Long Island City, Queens.

Wendy Rossi from the Dominican Republic, Henry Guevara from Ecuador and David Vanegas from Colombia embarked on a musical colaboration inspired by an authentic love and apreciation for their cultural heritage combined with rock sensibilities and contemporary urban sounds.

Through their music they wish to express passion, struggles, dilusions, dreams,
pit falls and triumphs of a beating rebel heart in a concrete jungle.

Delving through introspective reflections, cultural dualities and ultimately the potential
of a united raza.

Esto y mucho mas is what DGuevaras is all about.

Henry Guevara aka Drumkitmaster H2daG has been making music since the early 90's.
Influenced early on by Heavy Metal music and later recapturing and combining the Latin Multicultural Sounds that he grew up listening to all his life.

The influx of Rock en Espanol or Latin Rock , into North American borders has forged a new generation of hispanic artists who begin to recognize and retake their roots and language. This movement spans almost 30 years now, 15 of which have taken place in the US .

For singer/songwriter/percusionist Henry Guevara, this has been a boundless source of inspiration and constant creativity. Enabeling him to form and participate in projects such as Inti Mundi and now most recently DGuevaras.
